Tania's love for the Italian language is infectious. I love that she uses neuroscience to leverage learning Italian, while making it fun.
Her tip to make an 'Italian shrine' where you will study the language is brilliant, it really made a huge difference for me. This book also inspired me to start journaling in Italian, and I already feel the shift in my way of thinking and using the Italian language.
The 3D method makes learning Italian organized, effective, and enjoyable.
I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn Italian, whether you're a beginner or a more advanced learner. It will inspire you to go all in, to enjoy it, and it will give you so much confidence in yourself.

My Italian identity
Tania's way of teaching and learning is refreshing, different from courses I attended before. The focus is on creating your italian identity, using it in your everyday activities, living it, not just memorizing the grammar. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to try something new and live an italian lifestyle.

Immerse yourself in everything Italian
Tania's book, Italian You is the perfect companion as you embark on your journey to learn and understand this beautiful language. Tania's passion for the Italian language and teaching is evident from page one. Roadblocks for adult learners are addressed in detail right from the outset so you can identify them throughout your journey. Tania gives you the tools to overcome these roadblocks. The 3D method of learning is truly transformational. She identifies 3 dimensions to learning a language: the Learner, your Ecosystem and the Language. Fluency can only be reached when these dimension converge. If this sounds like an enormous task, it is not with Tania's step-by-step targeted discussions and exercises. You will gain confidence, increase your knowledge and advance your skills. Before you know it, your new Italian identity will emerge! Through a combination of grammar lessons, listening, speaking and stories of Italian culture, you will achieve your Italian dream!

‘Italian You’ A completely new experience and method of learning Italian in a very comprehensive structure
I found that I understood learning Italian a lot easier after understanding Tania’s approach that any other course I’ve done before.
Having completed her Incubator Course, I really enjoyed reading the book and would highly recommend it for everyone who would like to begin or continue their Italian journey.
It has all the answers for success in beating that ‘Lizard’ brain. Turning “I can’t “ into “ I can and will!”
Congratulations Tania!

Falling in love with "Italian You"
I have never read a book about a language with such interest!
This book deals with the Italian language in such a clear and comprehensible way that I really wonder why we have had to struggle through dry and boring language books so far and why none of them have been as inspiring as “Italian You”.
The author, Tania Troyan, takes a holistic approach to language learning: she looks not only at the language itself, but also at the learner and the ecosystem. She explains that the adult brain requires a different approach to learning than a child's brain and that as adults we need a “why” in order to process the “what”.
Tania takes the reader to a meta-level and explains her holistic 3D approach to learning a language sustainably. The key here is that the Italian learner undergoes a transformation rather than simply being bombarded with information.
The reader is given a general understanding of the Italian language and background information. At the same time, Tania offers her readers concrete details and exercises on her online platform with videos, masterclasses and additional material to download.
Through this mix of general understanding and concrete exercises, the reader comes into contact with the language through various channels.
And last but not least, the book provides important information on mindset: why we don't make progress when learning a new language (and other new skills) and what everyone can do about it. This knowledge definitely helps in other areas of life too.
Conclusion: I have not read this book for the last time and can only warmly recommend it.

Highly recommended!
What a great book! "Italian You" teaches you a completely new approach to learning a language. Among everything, for example, it introduces you to the importance of acquiring the ability to think in Italian alongside the ability to read, write, listen and speak - instead of just mentally translating your language into Italian, learning to think in Italian already. And, setting goals and learning to tame your lizard brain, which finds excuses not to stay on track, learning not to be afraid to make mistakes, acquiring your Italian identity, plenty about Italian culture and history, and so, so much else. This book has been for me a great supplement to the content of the courses. I am extremely grateful and recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn to use their Italian fluently.
