Tania Troyan is transforming Italian language learning with a holistic approach that integrates language, mindset, personal growth, and neuroscience-based techniques.
 
She is the creative mind behind the 3D Method™, a groundbreaking approach to language learning at the heart of the programs offered at 7-Week Italian® school.

Her passionate love affair with the Italian language has grown into a mission, a life’s purpose—and now, with Italian You, a legacy.  

Tania is dedicated to guiding learners on a transformative journey, sharing her deep love for the Italian language, culture, art, and history.

Together with her brilliant multilingual team, she equips students with the tools, techniques, and mindset needed to achieve fluency and uncover their authentic Italian selves.  

Her own journey to mastering four languages gives her unique insight into the challenges adult learners face.
With degrees in Art History, Theatre, Interpreting and Translation, Intercultural Development Cooperation, and a diploma in Italian Language and Culture, Tania has spent decades refining her method — a holistic approach that overcomes the frustrations of traditional language learning and delivers a truly transformative experience.

In 2006, Tania realized her dream and made Italy her home, settling in the beautiful city of Trieste. When she’s not teaching, you’ll often find her exploring the scenic trails around Trieste on her beloved mountain bike, Beatrice la Bici, swimming in the Adriatic Sea, rehearsing for historical dance performances, or sipping a cappuccino at one of the city’s charming historic cafés.

Tania strongly believes that, as human beings, we find meaning in striving to become the best version of ourselves every day. In her world, learning Italian—or any language—is a transformative experience, as much about confidence, empowerment, and personal growth as it is about achieving fluency.
