Ciao! I’m Tania Troyan.
I’m on a lifelong mission to help passionate learners fall in love with Italian, move confidently towards fluency and feel truly at home in Italy.
For more than two and a half decades, I’ve poured my heart, experience and research into creating the 3D Method™—a holistic approach that doesn’t simply teach Italian, but transforms the way adults learn and connect with the language.
I’m also the author of Italian You, a book that goes beyond grammar and vocabulary to help learners unlock their potential and discover their new Italian identity.
At 7-Week Italian®, my brilliant multilingual team of native Italian teachers and I guide students through a structured journey rich in context, emotion, and effective learning tools.

"The holistic method Tania uses really makes a difference! I used to think to study Italian grammar was a real chore, but she found a way to make it fun! You learn through exploration of the Italian culture as well... I really think she has done something special here! Bravissimo :) "

"Using the 3D Method Tania has enabled me to learn more in the 8 months, since I started with her, than in the 20+ years that I have been studying Italian. She teaches not only the HOW but also the WHY behind the language..."
